HARRISBURG (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) — The Pennsylvania Department of Health provided a progress report into the state of the vaccine rollout plan Sunday.
183,575 first doses and 143,275 second doses have been allocated in the past week alone, up through Feb. 20.
But allocations aren’t necessarily administered vaccines.
Of the 2,766,400 total doses that have been allocated through Feb. 20, 1,931,557 have been administered.
88% of the allotted first doses were administered (1,421,115 of the 1,610,175 issued).
And 44% of the allotted second doses have been given out (510,442 of the 1,156,225 allocated).
In other COVID-19 news, 3,815,778,266 cases have been negative since testing began in Pennsylvania.
And 107,257 people have had positive viral antigen tests.
Remember: these count as probable COVID cases.
637 patients have had positive serology tests, as well.
