Classic Oreo cookies have always been fan-favorites, but sometimes, it doesn’t hurt to switch things up a bit.
But now, it’s going where no cookie has gone before and drawing inspiration from Homer Simpson’s favorite doughnut: Strawberry Frosted.
TODAY reports that the new flavor, called Strawberry Frosted Donut Oreos, will be made with vanilla cookies.
The filling will consist of a double layer of pink-colored, strawberry-flavored creme.
The best part? It’ll have rainbow sprinkles inside – which it refers to as glitter on the packaging – for a treat unlike any other!
Oh, and did we mention it also has doughnut creme? Because it does.
As Homer would say, mmmm… donuts.
According to the outlet, the Oreos won’t be hitting shelves until March, just in time for the Easter holiday. And if you spot them in stores, you'll to act fast!
While you wait, however, you can also indulge in Pillsbury’s newest creation: Funfetti Premium Brownie Mix with Oreo Cookie Pieces.
The brownie pieces are a party in your mouth as they’re topped with funfetti pieces and Oreos. It doesn’t get better than that!
