Christina Koch made history this year after spending 328 days in space, the longest space mission ever achieved by a woman, but perhaps no one was more excited to have her home than her own dog.

After 11 months aboard the International Space Station, Koch returned to earth on February 6th, and shortly after to her home in Galveston, Texas, where she was enthusiastically greeted by her rescue pup, "LBD," short for "Little Brown Dog."
