World class independent pro wrestling returns to Everett this Sunday afternoon as the North End’s own W.A.C (Without A Cause) presents “WAC: Ego.”

This will be my first W.A.C event for a few months, so I’m excited to see their new venue. I’ve only seen the photos, but based on those and the word of many trusted fans, I can tell the vibe and atmosphere inside the VFW Post 2100 will be nothing short of excellent for this show.

Fighting out of Sin City Las Vegas, Chris Bey is a rising star in the world of indie wrestling and he proved just why he’s worth all the hype by winning the W.A.C Championship at their most recent show. The high-flying young fighter doesn’t have much time to celebrate, though, as he will be facing off against a formidable opponent and very worthy title contender – a man who nearly defeated Artemis Spencer for the DEFY Championship in Portland just a couple months back – Southern California’s own Jake Atlas.

Not to discount that killer W.A.C Championship bout one bit, but the match I am most looking forward to is for a different title belt – the infamous Verified Championship held by KISW’s own Steve Migs. The rude, crude and downright dastardly antics of Steve Migs will be checked this Sunday as IMPACT Wrestling Tag Team Champion “All Ego” Ethan Page steps up and attempts to get Verified.

This is by far the biggest match of Migs’ career thus far and I’m so stoked to see him go toe to toe with a talented star like Ethan Page. Sure, the kids might boo and flip off Migs, but I’ll always cheer the guy. What can I say? Us bald radio dudes have to stick together!

The event starts this Sunday at 4pm. Tickets can be purchased here. The address for the event is : 2711 Oakes Ave – Everett WA 98201
