Using photos without the owners authorization can be a very serious matter.

TMZ reports photographer Robert Barbera claims Grammy Award, Billboard Music Award, American Music Award, Brit Award, and Billboard 2018 "Woman Of The Year" winner Ariana Grande, has posted (2) of his photos on her Instagram page without his permission. The pics have scored over 3 million likes!

Barbera is suing for the profits earned by each, or a flat-fee of $25,000 each, whichever amount is greater.

Earlier this year with her Sweetener World Tour, Ariana imposed strict photography rules at her concerts, in an effort to control the use of her image. Details on that, HERE.
