10.20.20 Can you help us solve this third grade math problem?

Ok, we're all stumped.

Jeff's daughter Amelia brought him a math problem that she couldn't solve.  And frankly, none of us can either.

We've settled on TWO potential answers, either 859 or 949.  Both satisfy the requirements of the number in the "ones place" being the fifth odd number you count starting with 1, which is "9," and when roundest to the nearest hundred, it is 900.

So which is the correct answer?  Or are they BOTH correct?  What's the answer?!?
