Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis have called it quits.
"The split happened at the beginning of the year," a source close to the couple told the publication. "It's been amicable and they’ve transitioned into a great co-parenting routine. The children are the priority and the heart of the family’s relationship."
The former couple share son Otis, 6, and daughter Daisy, 4.
The pair first met at an “SNL” afterparty in 2011 and a year later Sudeikis proposed during the 2012 holidays.
With no rush to tie the knot, the couple welcomed their first child in 2014.
Wilde, 36, previously defended why they hadn’t made it official by walking down the aisle.
“We are seriously connected,” the “Booksmart” director told Porter Edit in 2016. “Before you have a child, marriage is the ultimate commitment and promise to one another, and then once you have a child, it’s like, ‘Oh, we’re committed and promised already.’”
Earlier this week, Sudeikis, 45, raved about Wilde’s work on her latest directorial film, “Don’t Worry Darling.”
"It's amazing to see her resilience and she just works her butt off," Sudeikis told “Entertainment Tonight.” "She's editing the stuff they already shot. She's using her time and she has so many other projects in the works that she kicks ass that way."
