Cardinals ace, NBA junkie Jack Flaherty reviews 'The Last Dance'

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - For the past month, the sports world has been buzzing about ESPN's documentary on Michael Jordan, "The Last Dance."  That includes current players across all sports, and Cardinals starting pitcher Jack Flaherty.

Flaherty, a Los Angeles Lakers fan, is a an NBA junkie, often sharing his thoughts on both the current NBA and the league's history on social media.

Flaherty also speaks often about his admiration for Kobe Bryant. The late Lakers legend is the favorite player of the 24-year old LA native. Flaherty will tell you how he admires and tries to emulate the "Mamba Mentality" that helped Bryant and the Lakers win 5 NBA Championships.

Bryant was featured in "The Last Dance," discussing his own admiration for Michael Jordan and how the pair became close. Flaherty says that doesn't surprise him.
