New COVID-19 cases in St. Louis, St. Charles Counties

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) -- St. Charles County is reporting its first positive case of COVID-19.

The latest is a man in his 30s who traveled. St. Louis County is also monitoring dozens who are self quarantining but aren't yet able to get tested because of CDC testing guidelines.
