The Wichita Police Department has arrested two men who they believe are involved in several armed robberies.

26-year-old Antonio D. Martin of Wichita was arrested on five counts of aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, and outstanding warrants, and 28-year-old Camren Burns of Wichita on two counts of aggravated robbery. Officers responded to an armed robbery call Thursday evening at the Jumpstart, located in the 3800 block of W. 21st Street North.  A store employee reported two suspects entered the store and demanded cash while one suspect was armed with a rifle. The suspects took cash and then fled the store on foot.  No one was injured.

During the investigation, Police learned of Martin and Burn’s involvement and both were arrested Friday evening.  Investigators learned Martin was involved in four additional armed robberies that began back in July and that Burns was involved in a second armed robbery as well.  The two long guns recovered were determined to be bb guns. The investigations are ongoing, and the cases will be presented to the Sedgwick County DA’s Office.
