Even from beyond the grave, it appears former 2012 GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain has strong opinions on Joe Biden picking Kamala Harris as his running mate.

A tweet appeared on Cain's account Wednesday reading: "Just in case you thought Biden's candidacy was going to be anything other than completely nuts, team Trump has released a new video. #JoeBiden #KamalaHarris"

His followers were rightfully shocked, as Cain died on July 30 at the age of 74.

Cain, a prominent African-American figure in President Trump's campaign, was hospitalized in an Atlanta-area hospital after attending Trump's June 20 rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Cain, co-chair of Black Voices for Trump, did not wear a mask at the rally.

Although the tweet appeared to be coming from Cain himself, those managing his account changed the name to The Cain Gang, so as not to confuse people.

According to Huffington Post, Cain’s daughter, Melanie Cain Gallo, posted on Cain's website Tuesday that the family will continue to use the platform “to share the information and ideas he believed in.”

Biden chose Harris to be his running mate on Aug. 11.

"Back when Kamala was Attorney General, she worked closely with (my son) Beau," Biden wrote in a subsequent tweet. "I watched as they took on the big banks, lifted up working people, and protected women and kids from abuse. I was proud then, and I'm proud now to have her as my partner in this campaign."
