Rudy Giuliani Subpoenaed as Part of Impeachment Inquiry

Congress delivered a letter to President Donald Trump's personal attorney and chief public defender, Rudy Giuliani, Monday for documents related to the impeachment inquiry. 

The subpoena was issued by three house committees and demands Giuliani hand over documents related to the Ukraine.

"Pursuant to the House of Representatives' impeachment inquiry, we are hereby transmitting a subpoena that compels you to produce the documents set forth in the accompanying schedule by October 15, 2019," the chairmen of the House Intelligence, Foreign Affairs and Oversight and Reform committees wrote in a letter to Giuliani.

The chairman additionally sent letters to three of Giuliani's business associates also requesting documents.
