UPDATE: Suspect Accused of Taking Upskirt Photos at Palmdale Metrolink Station in Custody

(KNX 1070) - A man accused of taking upskirt photos of a female passenger on the platform of the Palmdale Metrolink Station is in custody, Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department announced Monday morning.

Detectives were trying to identify a man, who was spotted taking upskirt photos of a woman passenger, on the platform of the Palmdale Metrolink Station.

The incident happened July 31.

After the incident the man walked into the Metrolink Station where cameras captured an image of the man. The suspect is responsible for taking photographs underneath the victims skirt.

The suspect is described as an African American man in his 30s, 6 foot and 180 pounds wearing a shoert-sleeved teal button down shirt, black shorts and black sandals with white stripes on the tops of them.
