A civil lawsuit alleges he sexually assaulted the girls, claiming the touching was part of their training.
Attorney Morgan Stewart represents four women coached by Hojreh.
The lawsuit claims USA Water Polo and Anaheim Union high school district knew there were problems with the coach but did nothing.
Bahram Hojreh, is currently free on bail and awaiting a criminal trial for sexually assaulting a total of seven girls he coached.
Through his attorney he's denied doing anything wrong.
