Orchard Park, NY (WBEN/WGR) Bills rookies were sent home from training camp and meetings will be held virtually after a total of five players were placed on the reserve/COVID19 list this week.

The latest two players are defensive backs Siran Neal and Dane Jackson. Earlier this week, Ike Brown, Duke Williams and Vincent Taylor were placed on the list. All players on the list can return to the team as soon as they pass the league's testing protocols.

The Bills confirmed to ESPN that five players have tested positive, and provided the following statement: "As we were informed by medical experts as training camp opened, we expected to have positive tests for COVID," the team said in a statement to ESPN. "With 5 since the beginning of the testing period last Tuesday, we decided to take a disciplined, proactive and preventative approach to hopefully eliminate additional cases within our team."

The Bills confirm two players -- including one rookie -- tested positive for COVID today, bringing their total to 5 since Monday.More information. including the team's statement here:https://t.co/Uw0TXaTWw6
