It's not all bad news as the Glass Fire sweeps through Wine Country.

In a video shared Thursday night by the Fremont Fire Department, firefighters from Engine 558 are seen saving an American flag from almost certain destruction at the Fairwinds Estate Winery in Calistoga.

The Fairwinds Estate Winery is one of several in the Napa Valley that sustained extensive damage as intense flames met the property. Low humidity, gusty winds and near-record temperatures have fueled the Glass Fire's run through Napa and Sonoma counties.

The fire has scorched almost 60,000 acres and is just 5% contained.
