3-Alarm Fire Destroys Dallas Apartment Building

DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Dallas Fire-Rescue crews are out in this bitter cold this morning, battling a 3-alarm fire at an apartment complex is northeast Dallas. 

The fire was first reported at about 5:30 a.m. at an apartment complex along the 7200 block of Holly Hill Drive, near Greenville Avenue and Walnut Hill Lane.

About 70 firefighters responded, according to fire spokesman Jason Evans.

People who evacuated were bundled up in blankets around the outer edges of the complex.

There have been no immediate reports of injuries.
