DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Customers are suing Southwest Airlines, along with Boeing, saying the companies colluded to hide a crucial design defect in Boeing's 737 Max jets.

The planes have been grounded following two major, fatal crashes in less than six months.

The suit, filed in the Sherman federal court, claims Southwest Airline made profits through a cozy relationship with Boeing which manufactures 737s, the only plane used by Southwest.
