AG Paxton Files State's Case Against Allowing All Texans To Vote By Mail

Back in Mid-April a Travis County Judge agreed with the Democratic Party’s argument that those who fear catching the virus should be allowed to vote by mail. The Texas Democratic Party General Council, Chan Dunn successfully argued the case. “The definition is in the statute…Do you have a physical condition that makes it dangerous to go vote? And everybody who doesn't have immunity yet to COVID-19 definitely qualifies.” Travis County District Judge Tim Sulak ruled in favor of the Democrats.
