DALLAS (KRLD) - The Dallas County Health and Human Services office is reporting 14 additional positive cases of the coronavirus, bringing the total case count in Dallas County to 169. The death total in the county remains at five.

Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins announced a shelter-in-place order for the entire county on Sunday.

"The “Stay Home Stay Safe” order will save lives but it takes all of us. We are working to answer the many questions from business we have received this morning and will get you answers as soon as possible. Most of your questions can be found by carefully reading the order and I encourage people to do that before they contact us,” said Jenkins.

The criteria for testing for the virus in Dallas changed on Monday. According to Judge Jenkins, anyone with these three symptoms can be tested:

Shortness of breath

Cough

Fever of 99.6 or higher when tested.

There are now two locations to get tested (only 250 tests per day, per site): American Airlines Center at 2500 Victory Plaza, and at the Ellis David Field House at 9191 S Polk St. Both locations are open 8am-8p
