DALLAS (KRLD) - A restaurant in Downtown Dallas is offering a COVID-19 test to accompany your to-go order.
BTG, the to-go operation for Bullion in downtown Dallas, is now adding a coronavirus diagnostic test to its menu for $200.
The French restaurant on Record Street is owned by Labora Group. Jason Cotton, vice president of hospitality, says the company partnered with Gene I-Q, a laboratory based in The Colony.
"They provide a test that is non-invasive, rapid... you get results back in less than 48 hours... their average turn time is 25 hours", says Cotton.
He goes on to say that out of 10,000 tests, there is a 99% accuracy. No insurance is accepted, and payment is due online before the appointment.
Time slots are handed out in 30-minute increments from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
