FRISCO (1080 KRLD) - Frisco schools will soon begin a new effort to teach kids about the dangers of vaping.
Last night, the district opened its doors for a forum to enlighten parents on the worries about e-cigarettes.
Among the speakers was a representative from "CATCH My Breath," a youth e-cigarette prevention program.
This includes information about prevention, ways to help children stop vaping if they've already started and how to detect whether a child is vaping.
Also, starting next month, students will learn about vaping prevention in the classroom.
