One of the most iconic buildings in Dallas is up for sale.
The Magnolia Building, the one topped by the signature red neon Pegasus flying horse, has been put on the market by its owners, a group of Denver developers who bought the property in 1997.
At one time the headquarters of the Magnolia Petroleum Company, it has been renovated into a 329-room luxury hotel.
At 29-floors, the building was once the tallest building west of the Mississippi.
It is on the National Register of Historic Places.
