A man is now behind bars in Arlington where he's facing a murder charge for the death of a Sam Houston High School student.
Last month, 17-year-old Knoah Harlan was run over and killed outside Bowie High School.
It all started when two groups of teenagers and young adults planned to have a fight at Bowie. The groups arrived in their own cars and one car tried to ram the other.
As the occupants of the second car bailed out, Harlan was run over.
Police say Keshawn Sims was the one who did it. He's been in hiding since it happened on July 27th.
But after getting some tips, investigators released his name and photograph yesterday. Last night, Sims turned himself in.
