ARLINGTON (1080 KRLD) - If you plan on visiting Six Flags Over Texas this summer, you'll need an advance registration.

All Six Flags guests, whether they have a season pass or just wish to purchase a single-day admission, must make reservations online in order to enter the park.

Six Flags says this is to ensure proper social distancing inside the park throughout the day.

The process of getting the advance registration is done on Six Flags' website, and it includes watching a short video that explains the park's social distancing and sanitation procedures.

Guests will be required to prepay their parking as well.

If all reservations for a specific date are taken, guests will have the option of adding their names onto a waiting list.
