Springing Forward: How To Cope With The Time Change

We return to Daylight Saving Time at 2:00 a.m. Sunday. 

The sun will come up later in the morning, and will set later in the evening.  The conventional wisdom is that we lose an hour of sleep this weekend.

After we spring forward this weekend, Monday morning could be especially rough.

Researchers agree the time change really does throw our body clocks off until we can adjust.  But, there are tips you can follow to make the transition more smooth.
