DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Some states and communities are just beginning to re-open their economies after weeks of shelter-in-place orders. But the people who are treating Coronavirus patients insist it's far too soon to become complacent.

The flattening of the curve we hear so much about may be beginning, but from the Texas Nurses Association, Cindy Zolnierek says it would be wise to take it slow.

Saying the need for Personal Protective Equipment like masks is just as great as ever, she points out that when you hear about millions of masks being produced, don't forget hundreds of thousands of health care workers are burning through them faster than ever.
