Two Texas Police Chiefs Face Sexual Misconduct Charges

Sexual misconduct charges have been filed against two Texas police chiefs, one of whom is accused of sexually assaulting a child.

Over the weekend, Hamilton Police Chief Tony Yocham was locked up in Johnson County on a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child.

The case was first investigated by the Somervell County Sheriff's Office which found enough information to pass it on to the Texas Rangers.

The Rangers are also investigating former Crawford Police Chief Clay Bruton was first arrested last month on a charge of evidence tampering.

An investigator said Bruton deleted pornographic videos from his phone, knowing they would be evidence. He resigned immediately after his arrest. Now, he's been arrested again this time based on the accounts of three people who describe encounters with Bruton while he was still chief.
