DALLAS (1080 KRLD)- With plans in place to begin to open up the Texas economy this week, some are worried about an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases and a run on hospital beds and even more deaths.

Berrett believes social distancing has worked and the public as a whole doesn't need the same attention as the vulnerable population, like the sick and elderly.
