There were some early fireworks at this morning's Tarrant County Commissioners Court meeting before it got underway.

Video shows a lady wearing a Statue of Liberty-related  costume had to be physically restrained from approaching Tarrant County Judge Glen Whitley.

In the video captured by NBC 5, the lady tells a sheriff's deputy that she didn't want to shout across the courtroom to address the judge.

Judge Whitley then told the lady to put her mask on or leave the courtroom, to which the lady said she has trouble breathing.

The unidentified woman eventually took a seat and put her mask on.

We’re still a few minutes away from the actual start of this commissioner’s court meeting in Tarrant County. One of the sheriff’s deputies just told a courtroom spectator she can’t “charge at” Judge Glen Whitley, who has told her she needs to keep her mask on properly @NBCDFW pic.twitter.com/ZlvnyPv1Ix
