DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - OSHA continues to investigate a fatal June crane collapse in Old East Dallas, but has released the crane back to the company who owns it.

This clears the way for its removal.

But Greystar, which owns the complex it fell on, does not yet have a removal date set.

More than 500 residents were uprooted from their apartments after a fierce windstorm toppled the crane onto the complex June 9. One person was killed.
