Lower Humidity, Below Normal Temperatures Though Wednesday

A terrific weekend has come and gone and here we are on a Monday again.

Not a lot going on for the next several days with the exception of a slight chance for a morning shower tomorrow a little bit better chance on Wednesday morning.

Most of us will start the day with a good bit of upper cloud cover this morning. A few spotty showers should linger west of I-35 this morning.A reinforcing cold front will move in today and may develop scattered showers/storms ahead of it. We still have a northwesterly flow in the upper levels of the atmosphere on the east side of that high pressure ridge in the Western US.

Two more disturbances will ride our direction the next couple of mornings and then after that, this ridge starts to plant itself right over Texas by the end of the week into the weekend and all of next week. That means rainfall chances go away, wind picks up and the humidity increases a little bit.

By the end of this week, highs will reach the upper nineties, right at average for this time of the year.

7-Day Headlines:

  • Below normal temperatures though Wednesday.
  • Low humidity for a few more days. Comfy mornings!
  • Isolated morning showers tomorrow and Wednesday.
  • Back to normal by the end of the week. Upper 90s.
