DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Cowboys pass rusher Aldon Smith was able to practice in a limited fashion on Thursday, the team's injury report revealed.
Smith sat out Wednesday's practice with what coach Mike McCarthy described as a jammed neck.
McCarthy added that he didn't expect the injury to prevent Smith from playing Sunday vs Washington.
With Smith's participation on Thursday, although limited, he appears to be on track for that game.
Smith started out the season with four sacks in the first three games, he has since cooled off in the last three games, amounting for no sacks.
As for the Cowboys other injuries, right guard Zack Martin remains in the league's concussion protocol.
