DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The injury bug has hit the Dallas Cowboys once again, and this time it is on both sides of the ball.

In the first quarter of the Thanksgiving day game between the Cowboys and the Washington Football team, the Cowboys experienced their first injury of the game, when offensive tackle Cameron Erving was forced to leave the game.

Later on in the quarter, Dallas also lost defensive end Randy Gregory, who went to the locker room under his own power after taking a shot to the eye.

Luckily for Dallas, Erving and Gregory both returned to the sideline before the end of the quarter, and were available to return to the game.

The bad news, however, came in regards to All-Pro offensive lineman Zack Martin, who was also forced to leave the game in the first quarter, with an apparent lower leg injury.

After heading to the locker room, Martin was ruled out for the rest of the game.

Adam Redmond checked into the lineup at right tackle in relief of Martin, and will remain at the position for the remainder of the day.
