Evacuations are in progress Sunday morning in parts of Napa County because of a fast-moving wildfire that started near Deer Park.

Orders have been issued for the lower part of Angwin and all of Deer Park.

St. Helena Hospital is also being evacuated.

Several nearby agencies have sent mutual aid.

As of 8 a.m. Sunday, CAL FIRE said the Glass Fire had already burned over 800 acres. The fire started at about 4 a.m. in the 200 block of North Fork Crystal Springs Rd. in Deer Park.

An evacuation center has been set up at Crosswalk Community Church at 2590 1st St. in Napa.

PG&E said power is out in much of the area impacted by the fire, which could make it hard for residents to receive evacuation orders. Firefighters expect windy conditions to persist throughout the day.

Much of the North Bay, East Bay hills and interior valleys are under a Red Flag Warning until Monday evening.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
