Fort Worth Mayor Price in quarantine again because of Coronavirus exposure

For the second time, Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price is quarantining herself because of exposure to someone with the Coronavirus.

Price says she has been tested and is now waiting for results. Last night, Price postponed her annual Spooky Bike Ride which benefits the Tarrant Area Food Bank.

In a statement on Facebook, Price said: "while I am disappointed to postpone one of my favorite community engagement events of the year, especially after working tirelessly with a health team to ensure the event could happen with proper safety protocols, this is the right thing to do as we continue to prioritize the health of our community and practice personal responsibility."

The ride will be re-scheduled to a date in November.

In April, Price tested negative for the Coronavirus after getting a test and staying in quarantine when a staff member tested positive.
