It's something that happens to almost everyone. Our work invades our weekends.
A new study has figured out when the average person starts to dread Monday mornings on Sunday. The enjoyment of the weekend starts to decline right before 4 o'clock in the afternoon on Sunday.
88-percent of people say they constantly worry about what's coming up on Mondays, when it comes to work.
It also takes about two hours to unwind from the work week, after most people finish their days on Fridays.
The average person also does about three hours of unpaid work on weekends... mostly by checking work emails. A third will make business phone calls on weekends, too.
