Uptown Dallas shooting leaves on victim in critical condition


A shooting victim is in the hospital after being critically wounded in Uptown Dallas this morning.

Just before 2:30 a.m. police were called out to an address on Howland Street near McKinney Avenue.

The badly wounded victim was quickly loaded aboard an ambulance and taken to the E-R.

Witnesses saw the shooter get away in a red Cadillac but detectives have not released any more details. There were well over a dozen spent shell casings in the parking lot when police arrived.
