Mental Health Summit & Music Festival Coming to L.A. Live in May 2020

320 Changes Direction, the Mental Health initiative founded by Talinda Bennington, is revealing details of a new festival championing mental health. 

320 Festival, coming to L.A. Live on May 9th, will be an educational family friendly festival featuring a gathering of top mental health organizations.

The festival will also include a Mental Health Summit including panel discussions, round tables featuring in-depth curated conversations, breakout meditation and mindfulness sessions, and many more mental health resources. Additionally, a free family friendly festival will take place in the Xbox Plaza while a benefit concert will be hosted within The Novo. 

On March 9th, Talinda Bennington and Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman will announce the full 320 Festival lineup at a 320 Coversations event, which will also include mental health and addiction discussions..
