‘Law & Order’: Mariska Hargitay shares pic with Christopher Meloni on spinoff set

Olivia Benson and Elliot Stabler are back solving crimes.

Mariska Hargitay just gave fans an exclusive look at behind-the-scenes pictures from the upcoming “Law & Order” spinoff series starring Christopher Meloni.

The 57-year-old actress posted a black-and-white photo next to her 59-year-old co-star while filming at a cemetery location.

Other pictures include two director’s chairs showing their characters’ names from “Law & Order: SVU,” with the back reading “Law & Order: Organized Crime,” the name of the new show.

“It’s all happening,” Hargitay captioned the post.

This isn’t the first time fans got a quick glimpse of the two behind the scenes.

Earlier this month, Meloni shared selfies from the set of “Law & Order: SVU.”

“We are a little bit closer,” Meloni captioned a photo featuring Hargitay sitting a few feet behind him.

Hargitay posted a similar photo in which she was in front of Meloni while he grinned in the background with his face mask dangling from his ear. She captioned it: “Now even closer.”

The duo also previously reunited virtually for an “SVU” table read in December.

Meloni is set to reprise his role as the beloved character Elliot Stabler in the new spinoff, which is coming to NBC this fall. His return was initially supposed to happen during the season 21 finale of “SVU,” which was set to serve as a backdoor pilot for the spinoff. However, that was nixed as production was halted due to the coronavirus pandemic.
