In addition, two Strong Start Go Mobile Pre-K academies offer children and families free high-quality, early-education program closer to their neighborhoods. The program provides half-day pre-k classes along with family engagement workshops and activities.

Strong Start Go mobile units are based in the areas near Lake Mead Boulevard and J Street, as well as Mojave and Washington. For more information on the mobile Pre-K academies, call 702-229-KIDS, option 4, or click on the following New Parent Registration link to register.

The Strong Start Las Vegas academies were launched by the city to advocate for and bring awareness to the importance of early-childhood education from birth to age 8, which supports school readiness and grade-level reading.
