U.S. Marshals in California arrested a Las Vegas woman accused of abandoning her daughter in a restroom late last year inside the Wynn Resort.

26-year-old Mariam Ramos will be extradited to Las Vegas from California for charges related to the December 29 incident.

Security at the Wynn Resort found Ramos' three-year-old daughter at a restroom inside the casino. Video showed a woman of interest leaving the resort wearing a blonde wig in a ponytail, walking North on Las Vegas Boulevard.

The girl is in good health and in the custody of Child Protective Services.
