Tens of thousands have marched for days across America calling for an end to racial inequality in the wake of the killing of George Floyd. In this special edition of the show, guests examine the systemic race-based advantages provided to some Americans linked to the white supremacist founding of the country. 

Can the current systems be reformed? Or is the racism so baked in that dismantling major institutions will be required.
