PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — This week on Flashpoint: Host and KYW Community Affairs reporter Cherri Gregg asks the burning questions about the case of Leroy Evans. The Chester man has spent nearly 40 years behind bars for the 1980 murder of Emily Leo aka "The Avon Lady." Evans' conviction rested on the sole testimony of witness and then, 16-year-old co-defendant Anthony Jones who implicated the 23-year-old Evans in the case.
