Why you should take advantage of the nice weather

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — As fall approaches, I want to remind us all that as long as the weather holds out, try to get outdoors as much as possible.

We don't need expensive studies to support this but we know that exercise and fresh air actually fight depression and anxiety, and we have all been dealing with varying degrees of this in 2020. 

The outdoor environment and fresh air is better than any medication, so take advantage of it.
