How to make sure working from home isn’t a pain in the neck — and back

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio)  Working from home can be a real pain in the neck and back. But there are simple things one can do that could help prevent the pain. 

“Change positions every 15 to 20 minutes so you don't get fatigued,” he advised.

He says don’t sit or stand too long. 

“When you are working, try to keep your head level, about 10 or 15 degrees off the horizontal, so you can see comfortably. Try and have your back straight, if you can,” he added. 

With stay-at-home orders in place, Shah has been conducting televisits during the coronavirus crisis using 3D modeling to help his patients understand what is triggering their pain.
