“Change positions every 15 to 20 minutes so you don't get fatigued,” he advised.
He says don’t sit or stand too long.
“When you are working, try to keep your head level, about 10 or 15 degrees off the horizontal, so you can see comfortably. Try and have your back straight, if you can,” he added.
