NORRISTOWN. Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — A Montgomery County man, who initially told police his girlfriend was jumped by three women after getting into an argument at a bar, is now charged with her murder.

Nicholas Forman, 23, is facing a long list of charges, including first- and third-degree murder, for allegedly killing 22-year-old Sabrina Harooni of Gilbertsville.

Harooni was pronounced dead Monday afternoon at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center, not long after Forman brought her there in an Uber.

Initially, police say Forman told them Harooni got into an argument Sunday night at a bar in Oaks. He told police that three women followed them back to his house on Hamilton Road in Perkiomen Township.

Harooni went outside to fight them, he claimed, but he stayed out of it because he’s on probation.

After the fight, he said he helped Harooni up and walked her back to his house. The next day, he realized how badly she was hurt and took her to the hospital.

However, according to the criminal complaint, the Uber driver who took them home from the bar said they were arguing about a text message Harooni received from an ex-boyfriend.

When Pennsylvania State Police searched Forman’s phone, they found a video of Harooni lying on the ground, apparently unconscious, with blood by her head. In the recording, a man’s voice is heard calling her vulgar names, then says, “This is what a cheating liar gets.”
