Pa. labor officials say wrong information sent to Pandemic Unemployment Assistance applicants

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio)  Pennsylvania‘s unemployment office says they sent out wrong information to self-employed workers who need help with weekly claims, and they say they are having problems allowing people to file retroactively.

There is no working phone number yet.

Labor officials also said they realize some PUA claimants are getting paper checks through the mail instead of their preferred form of payment, but say that will only be for their first payment.
