PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Two people are caught on video pistol whipping and car-jacking a Lyft driver in West Philly, and now police are trying to track them down.

Anthony Broxton was pulled off to the side of the road at 59th and Spruce streets at about 5 a.m. Saturday after a night of driving.

"They yanked open my door. The one kid had a gun pointed on me. The other kid was like, 'What do you got in your hand?' and snatched my phone," Broxton said.

The 40-year-old victim told CBS 3 one of the men hit him in the head with the gun.

"I got up and I was like, 'Did you just hit me?'" Broxton said. "And then the other kid that didn't have the gun said shoot me, shoot me. And then I was like 'No, no, just take it. Go ahead.'"

They drove away in his car, and a third person in a different car followed them. Anyone with information on the suspects is asked to call 911.
