PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia authorities released video of the moments before a bicyclist near Strawberry Mansion was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver, hoping it will lead to an arrest.

The video shows the biker riding down Ridge Avenue, neighboring Laurel Hill Cemetery, on Sunday around 8:30 p.m.

When the biker nears Indiana Avenue, a white or light-colored coupe strikes the victim and takes off.

The victim was taken to the hospital and later died.

The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 5 is offering a $5,000 reward to find the driver.
